Pre-Construction & Estimating
Before a shovel goes in the ground, we've already built the project. Our pre-construction process runs on BIM coordination, BuildCheck AI for MEP clash detection and live costing drawn from our active pipeline—not historical averages. We provide high-confidence cost estimates early enough to lock in long-lead items ahead of market shifts.
Financing & Structure
Every project has a different shape. We build a stack that works—structuring deals with First Nations groups, non-profits, family offices and institutional lenders, depending on the needs of each project and partner.
DASH—Modern Methods of Construction
Our DASH (Digital Architecture for Sustainable Housing) framework moves structural framing and envelope assembly from the field into a controlled factory environment. Less weather risk and up to 30% less waste. Just-in-time delivery means trucks arrive in exact installation order and achieve schedule compression of up to 40% versus traditional site-built methods.
Trade Network & Procurement
Building on an island requires a different approach to trade relationships. We maintain a deep, competitive local network, which results in competitive pricing, reliable execution and a supply chain that holds when the market gets tight.

We hold COR™ accreditation from WorkSafeBC and the BC Construction Safety Alliance—scored in the top 1% of the industry. This safety-first mindset ensures execution certainty—but more importantly, it’s how we show our team and subtrades that their work matters.
Post-Construction & Warranty
The relationship doesn't end at occupancy. Our post-construction concierge process keeps a single point of contact accessible through the warranty period—coordinating trades, tracking deficiencies and closing them out.
We have over 1,000 homes completed and underway across BC—spanning wood frame townhomes and condos, purpose-built rental mid-rises and concrete towers.
Building at a pace of 525 sqft per day per crew, our team uses a prefabricated delivery model that compresses schedules without compromising the finish. Every project has been delivered at or ahead of its contractual date.
